She immediately apologized and sent me pictures of a newer version of the bed I originally wanted. I received the new bed and my dog LOVES it! The package also came with a few surprises like tennis balls and dog bags. I appreciated the customer service and will definitely recommend these products to other dog owners!
My small beagle LOVES this bed. She generally loves softness the softer the better this goes for blankets pillows sheets etc. I’m so happy with the material, construction and plushness. I also really like the light grey color.
I was delightfully surprised when I unwrapped this bed. Originally, I purchased it for the color and that the bed had sides (my dogs like to rest their head on the sides of beds). I can't get over the high quality of this bed. It's extremely fluffy, bigger than expected and super soft. I love the fact that it is also machine washable!
