I purchased a box of (6) **** bags at a Marshall's store, so they did not come directly from the Nandog website. There was an issue with 3 rolls - a large majority of the bags weren't actually bags. There was no seam, so it was just a flat piece of plastic. I sent an email about it on April 14, and as of June 22 it has not been resolved. The "Pawcierge" Chat promised that the issue has been escalated to a "supervisor-level human" to replace or refund about 10 times. No human has ever responded. I am beginning to doubt that there are actual humans in the Customer Service department.
By the way, the "Pawcierge" AI is excellent. You would swear that you are dealing with a real person (although I doubt that any "real" people actually work there.)
