Through the portal, you will be able to submit your request, receive return instructions, and, if approved, receive a return authorization number along with a prepaid return label.

Beds & Car Seats: 100 Days & Nights Sleep Trial
We are so confident your dog will love our beds that we offer a 100 Days & Nights Sleep Trial. Your pet has plenty of time to get used to their new favorite spot, and you have the confidence of knowing that shipping and returns are free of charge during the trial period.
This policy also extends to our pet car seats, or as we like to call it, the 100 Days Test Drive. Take it on the road and make sure it is the perfect fit for your pet.

Returns are free of charge for eligible Nandog products purchased directly from us. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund.
This return policy applies to Nandog products purchased directly from us. For Nandog products purchased at any of our retail partners, please return the item in store or directly to that merchant.
All Other Products: 30 Day Return Policy
For every other product aside from our beds and car seats, we offer a 30 day return policy. You have the full 30 days to decide if the product is right for you and your pet.

Returns are free of charge for eligible Nandog products purchased directly from us. Once we receive the unused product with the tags still attached and the return is approved, we will issue a full refund.
We know no toy is indestructible, but if you are not happy with it within this 30 day period, please start your request through the portal and we will do our best to make it right.
