I ordered a new bed for my old man and wanted something with higher sides. After comparing options, I found the best deal ordering directly through Nandog, so I went ahead. A week later, I realized the bed still hadn’t arrived even though the tracking said it had shipped.
When I reached out, the sweetest woman from the company actually called me on the phone. I had asked about a shipping refund, and she explained they had just moved facilities, which caused delays. She was so apologetic and assured me she’d refund the shipping right away.
She didn’t have to take the time to call, but that one thoughtful gesture won me over. That quick conversation turned a frustrating situation into a reminder of what great customer service looks like—and earned them a customer for life.
Side note - we LOVE the bed and my pup immediately got in it and has been sleeping like a baby!
There is no stock of the Super Cloud dog beds in grey either light or dark grey out of stock for a long time. Nobody replies to email or messages left on phone.
The bed is completely different from what was pictured online. The fabric is different and the bed is very floppy, not firm it appears in the photos. Regardless, it won’t work as it’s too large for a cat. Back it goes.
14 year old Henry crawled right in and enjoyed a nap. Won’t let his sister near ir. Success.
Love the color and softness, I do feel the quality of the fabric has slightly gone down hill. I have a nandog bed that's older and the quality of the fabric seems more durable. But otherwise, my dogs love it!
