All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another email once your order ships.

Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $59 within the United States. Under $59, the UPS rate is calculated at checkout. Standard Shipping takes 4 to 7 business days and Priority Shipping takes up to 5 business days.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or VAT, which are the customer's responsibility.

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at store@nandog.com with your name and order number.

Beds come with a 100 Days & Nights Sleep Trial, and car seats with a 100 Days Test Drive. Every other product has a 30-day return policy. Returns are free for eligible Nandog products purchased directly from us. See our Returns & Exchange page for full details.

Use our self-service return portal at nandog.loopreturns.com. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a return authorization number and a prepaid return label.

Yes. Size exchanges depend on stock availability and can be requested through the return portal. To switch to a different product, return the original item through the portal and place a new order for the one you'd prefer.

Beds and car seats are covered by our 100-day trial. For all other products, returns must be made within 30 days, and items must be unused with all Nandog Pet Gear tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or missing their original tags may not be accepted.

Start a request through the return portal and include your order information and a photo of the item when asked. We handle these case by case and will work toward a solution.

Our return policy covers Nandog products purchased directly from us. For purchases from one of our retail partners, please return the item to that store.

Pick by your pet's weight:

• Super Cloud Bed: Small (22 x 18 in) up to 25 lb, Medium (25 x 22 in) up to 40 lb, and Large (35 x 25 in) up to 60 lb where available.
• Signature Bed: Small up to 25 lb, Large up to 60 lb.
• Orthopedic Memory Foam Bed: Medium (33 x 25 in) up to 45 lb, Large (45 x 34 in) up to 100 lb.
• Super Cloud Large Pillow Bed: up to 100 lb.

If your pet is near the top of a size's range, measure them lying down and size up for room to stretch.

Yes. The Super Cloud Bed is a single piece with double-stitched seams, so the whole bed can go in the washing machine and dryer. The Orthopedic Memory Foam Bed has a removable, washable micro-plush cover.

The Orthopedic Memory Foam Bed is designed for dogs with joint pain and arthritis. The memory foam conforms to your dog's body to reduce pressure points. The Super Cloud Bed's extra-soft fill also gives gentle cushioning for seniors who love to curl up.

The Small (20 x 16 in exterior) fits dogs up to 15 lb, such as Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas and Pomeranians. The Medium (22 x 18 in exterior) fits dogs up to 30 lb, such as French Bulldogs, Pugs, Beagles and Shih Tzus.

The integrated safety hook clips to your dog's harness, and two straps on the back let your car's seat belt pass through and buckle in. The car seat must be used with a harness.

Yes. The car seat is machine washable. Tumble dry on low.

Yes, the car seat also works for cats. As with dogs, use it with a harness.
