⚠️ Do NOT ever buy Nan Dog’s bowls‼️
My dog used this bowl for only two weeks, and rust started appearing all over it. Despite their bold claims of being “rust resistant,” the bowl has absolutely no such effect. This company is outright deceiving consumers.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Countless emails went completely ignored, and they never answered my calls. When I finally got through, they promised to send a “new version” of the bowl, but what arrived was the old version. After using it for another few weeks, the same rust appeared again. This is nothing short of a fraudulent business practice.
Nan Dog is lying about “rust resistance” to trick consumers and selling dangerous products. This bowl is extremely harmful to dogs’ health, with zero safety. It’s not only a waste of money but also a product that puts your beloved dog’s life at risk.
I am still calling to complain, but this company flat out ignores everything and refuses to respond. Buying from them is the same as supporting a scam that exploits and deceives consumers. I absolutely do NOT recommend this product‼️ It is extremely dangerous‼️
